Golf Courses
Minthis Golf Club
Minthis Golf Club (formerly Minthis Hills) is the first golf course in Cyprus. Originally designed in 1994 by legendary architect Donald Steel, it was given its current form by Mackenzie & Ebert Golf Design. The parkland course is built on the grounds of an old monastery, in the embrace of the Troodos Mountains, in a natural setting among olive trees, fruit trees and vineyards. Minthis Golf Club is built at an altitude of 550 meters above sea level, so there are differences in altitude. The narrow fairways between the trees provide their own challenge, but the course is not too narrow. Many of the tees are elevated and the fairways have a lot of slopes, so even good openings from the tee can find themselves in the rough. The greens are quite easy to read. The course's signature hole number 15, which is a par 3 played to an island green, is particularly spectacular.

Elea Estate Golf Club
Opened in 2010, Elea Golf Club is the work of the legendary Nick Faldo and its design utilizes the area's original natural features, such as olive trees, carob trees and limestone. The features of the golf course are typical Faldo and the bunkers play a big role in terms of gameplay and scenery. Elea Golf Club is well suited for players of all levels, as the difficulty increases linearly from the tees to the greens. There is plenty of space on the fairways and it is very difficult to lose balls, the approaches are more demanding, but the real challenge awaits on the greens and in the close game. There is water on only a few holes and the course is easy to walk around. The clubhouse is large and its terrace, like the golf course, has great sea views in places.

Secret Valley Golf Club
Secret Valley Golf Club originally opened in 1996. However, in 2013 it underwent a complete renovation Treated by Hans-George Erhardt, Snorri Vijhalmsson and two-time Major winner Tony Jackl. The golf course is built, as its name suggests, in a natural valley and in peaceful surroundings. There are elevation differences on the course, but it is very playable on foot. The transitions on the course are quite short. The layout is very interesting, fun, challenging and narrow in many places. The tees require special attention, but the greens are quite large, flat and easy to approach, the green bunkers are not placed in too difficult places.

PGA Aphrodite Hills Golf Club
Aphrodite Hills Golf Club has developed rapidly in recent years. Originally opened in 2002 & designed by Cabell B. Robinson (including Finca Cortes & Praia D'El Rey), the course underwent a four million euro renovation in 2017, receiving a PGA National Cyprus license. The first PGA National Academy course, a 6-hole Par 3, opened in 2023. Aphrodite Hills is a varied and interesting course, with some truly magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea. There are differences in elevation, but the fairways are wide, clear and interesting. The greens are huge and well-shaped, bad approaches find their way into numerous green bunkers. Water only comes into play on the back tees. The most memorable hole on the course is number 7 (par 3), where there is a deep ravine in front of the green the entire way and the hole is surrounded by high rock walls on all sides. The transition to this hole itself is along a steep rock wall along a winding road. A golf cart is included in the price and is mandatory (the transitions are long, the longest about 1 km)

Visit Paphos
The Paphos Old Town is quite a small area: a cluster of pedestrian ways around Kennedy Square. Because in 2017 Paphos shared the distinction of being the European Capital of Culture with the Danish city of Aarhus, local authorities conducted ample works to revamp the Old Town.
Shoppings at Kings Avenue Mall
Boasting two underground parking areas and two stories for shopping, dining, and entertainment, Kings Avenue Mall is a destination in its own right. Wineries and wine tasting
Cyprus is one of the world’s ancient cradles of wine, with a winemaking tradition that spans over 5000 years. It is also the homeland of “the wine of kings and the King of wines,” as King Richard the Lionheart called the Commandaria. The precious libation, an amber-coloured blend of sun-dried Mavro and Xynisteri grapes, is a sweet dessert wine aged for two years in oak barrels and recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the oldest named wine in the world. As far as the Paphos region is concerned, some of the best wineries in Cyprus produce cellar-worthy wines with indigenous grape varieties, like the red Maratheftiko and the Xynisteri. Three of the six specially-designed wine routes of Cyprus are in Paphos too: Laona-Akamas, taking you to Ineia, Pano Arodes, and Kathikas to discover the full-bodied Xynisteri wines; Vouni Panagias-Ampelitis to trace the red Maratheftiko and to savour delicate white wines; And Diarizos Valley following the river bed from Achelia to discover modern wineries that produce exceptional wines. Every year in October, local wineries and farmers hold a wine and traditional products festival at the Medieval Castle of Kato Pafos. There are many Paphos Wineries you could visit, our top favourites: Tsalapatis Winery, Fikardos Winery, Kolios Winery, Tsangarides Winery, and Vasilikon Winery.
Enjoy the beaches
Most Paphos beaches are legendary. After all, the goddess of love, Aphrodite, was born of the seafoam that caresses one of them at Petra tou Romiou. Our other five favourite Paphos beaches are Coral Bay, Lara, Latsi, the Municipal Bath Beach, and the Geroskipou Municipal Beach.
Hiking
Located in the Akamas Peninsula there are three official nature trails: the Adonis Trail, the Aphrodite Trail, and the Smigies Trail. Interwoven with rocky hiking trails, these three nature trails offer people walking through them stunning views of various sized gorges and valleys, amazing rock formations, the curved coastline, cliffs, and intriguingly shaped boulders. Akamas is famed for its breathtaking beauty and precious ecology.
Cycling
Cyprus is a biker’s paradise and it’s not just because of the guaranteed sunshine. Granted the excellent weather conditions prevailing on the island mean cycling can be enjoyed almost throughout the year. And, unlike other European or Mediterranean countries, strong headwinds are rare. But it is the island’s compactness that is its main attraction, offering rapid changes of terrain and scenery on even the shortest bike trails. Within the space of 10 km you can go from rocky to clay, and steep to flat, enabling you to experience all surfaces within a short period of time, and making the island into one huge mountain bike arena. A number of bike centres are available on the island offering rental services, route information, guide assistance and support. They can organise your journey to take you through a varied landscape combining mountain views, rugged coastlines, tranquil vineyards and olive groves and fascinating ancient ruins.
Sailing
Sailing in Cyprus is a special experience due to its stable winds, beautiful scenery and calm sea.You may charter a boat for any occasionor celebration. Go fishing, sail in to the sunset or just cruise carefree. Cyprus has five ports, two marinas and lots of bays providing you with anything you may require. Larnaca Marina is full all the year round with yachters from around the world mainly because individuals may live on their vessel in the winter due to the Mediterranean climate.
Birdwatching
The Headland at Paphos and Archaeological Park (which is now fenced off and charges apply) is a fantastic area for birds including European Golden Plover, Whimbrel, Common Kingfisher, Corn Bunting, Zitting Cisticola, Eurasian Skylark, Sardinian Warbler, Black Redstart, Bluethroat, Wood Lark, Spanish Sparrow, Yellow-browed Warbler, Eurasian Kestrel to mention a few.
Adonis Baths
Adonis Baths located in Kili Paphos, is one of the most beautifull and unique areas in Cyprus. Tradition says that Adonis the God of Beauty tendet his horses in this place and hunded in the Akamas forest. Ladies who swim in Adonis Baths Waterfall they become more young, beautiful and virgin again and when they touch Adonis Apendage they become pregnant. Men they swim in Adonis Baths they become strong like Adonis the God of Love. According to the poll on the internet, Adonis Baths is one of the most romantic places in the world and one of the seven most erotic places in Europe.
