Golf Courses
Terre dei Consoli Golf Club
Terre dei Consoli Golf Club was designed by world renowned architect Robert Trent Jones Jr., who signed the world’s most compelling courses. Located in the beautiful valley of Monterosi, inside an immaculate nature, Terre dei Consoli offers players the possibility to test themselves on a unique course with 27 holes, an 18 hole Championship Course and a 9 hole Family Course, also available for younger players. The Championship Course is very technical and has been designed to host the world’s top players and tournaments. The course is designed to blend as naturally as possible into the surrounding rolling landscape. The most memorable fairway is number 9 (par 3), whose challenging island green adds a little more pressure to the opening shot. Many of the championship course's greens are surrounded by bunkers, and the course's water hazards add their own interest to the game. In addition, the many bunkers on the course lie in wait for the lateral opening shot on most fairways. Terre dei Consoli hosted in 2016 and 2019 European Challenge Tour on one of its competitions.

Golf Nazionale
18 holes golf course, Par 72, designed by George and Jim Fazio and David Mezzacane, inserted in the suggestive natural landscape of upper Lazio, 40 km from Rome, the Golf Nazionale is a technical, exciting and fun course. The atmosphere on this golf course is very fascinating, entirely surrounded by dense woods of centuries-old oaks. It hosted the 1991 World Cup and in addition to boasting numerous titles such as "Top Ten Course" in Italy, the technical quality and the great pleasure of the course, also suitable for amateurs, rightly place it among the best European golf courses. The Golf Nazionale keep the principles of eco-sustainability with the turf consisting of a new generation Bermuda Grass that is well suited to the climate of the Mediterranean, capable of overcoming very harsh winters.

Olgiata Golf Club
The course is divided into two courses, the West course and the East course, for a total of 27 holes; was inaugurated in 1961 and built to a design by the English architect C. Kenneth Cotton. The West course, the oldest of the two, consists of 18 holes. Events of particular importance, including international ones, took place along this golf course, such as the 2002 Italian Open, the 1968 and 1984 editions of the Professional Team World Championship and numerous other for the Italian Golf Federation. In 2012 it was almost completely redesigned by the American architect Jim Fazio, to adapt to new needs and is now ready to welcome International Tournaments; has three configurations: PAR 71, 72 and 73, and 7 batters for all categories. The recently created East course, on the other hand, is a 9-hole par 36 course, with a length of 2,947 meters.

Marco Simone Golf & Country Club
Course designer Jim Fazio has been responsible for the creation of some of the best courses in the world having masterminded courses like Trump National in New York and Lost Lakes Golf Club, Florida both of which are widely revered as 2 of the most beautiful courses in America. The Championship Course at Marcio Simone Golf Club is the headline course and boasts 18 fantastically designed holes that weave through the stunning natural landscape. The course features undulating fairways, small greens that are often well protected and some of the best tee shots in the country. In 2023 the Ryder Cup is to be staged here on the Championship course and with the two Molinari brothers being the 2 of only the 3 Italian players to ever be picked for the Ryder Cup team they will be desperate to play on home soil.

Golf Club Roma Acquasanta
For the modern era, Acquasanta plays a short 6,000 metres, but this course boasts much more than length. Set in a rural environment, the parkland layout allows for typical challenges, especially on the 17th where you play downhill to a green protected by both bunkers and streams running parallel to the greens. To be truly successful, you will have to ensure you're considered in your shot selection as wayward drives and an unmeasured short game can lead to an uphill battle on many holes. The 7th gives your rewards for your work however, where a blind drive round a dogleg left opens up to stunning views of the Via Appia Antica Arches. Although, there are other impressive landmarks to see from various points around the course including views of the Old Roman Claudian Acqueduct and Mausoleum of Cecilia Metella. Despite hosting the Italian Open three times, most notably in 1973 when Tony Jacklin walked away victorious, the course is probably a tad short for the modern professional. However, low handicappers should not be deterred due to this nor should the high handicappers for its tricky hole-by-hole tests as this course truly offers something for everyone. Away from the fairways, but not too far, are some of Rome's famous tourist attractions. Just five miles from the city centre, Acquasanta is also a mere three miles from the jaw-dropping colosseum, meaning you can tick that off the bucket list

Golf Club Parco de' Medici
The Parco de' Medici Golf Club was established in the 1990s. It has an area of 27 holes divided into three courses: the White, the Blue and the Red, protected by technical bunkers and difficult water obstacles that will highlight your golfing qualities. The Blue Course is the most challenging of the three loops at the resort, and at 2970m, is also the longest. There are a number of lakes that certainly beautify the landscape, but also provide dangerous obstacles. Walking up the closing fairway, you may notice the remains of an ancient Roman settlement. The White Course - 2795m - also boasts an impressive historical anecdote; the layout covers land that was the favoured hunting ground of Pope Leo X in the 15th century. As for the course today, the expanses of water that infringe upon many holes can seriously upset the scorecard. The Red Course is the shortest at Parco de' Medici, measuring a modest 2565m, but it is perhaps the most interesting of the resort's three loops. As with the Blue and White courses, Italian design team consulted American architectural legend Peter Fazio, and have created a great little course that will challenge golfers to use every club in the bag.

- Restaurant-Bar
- Golf academy: driving range (350 metres long, 10 covered places and 20 places outside), Pitch & putt area, putting green
Castelgandolfo Golf Club
18 holes, three lakes, 93 bunkers….a single glance ! Architect Robert Trent Jones Sr. put his own brand on a Golf course unique in the world : the basin of a volcano, where in antiquity was located the Turno’s Lake, transformed in a challenging and well proportioned Golf course. Under the watchful eye of the seventeenth-century Club House, thousands of pitfalls are waiting for players of every kind of playing level. So they need to study each stroke with a lot of attention, from the first drive from tee 1 terrace, till the last putt on the 18th green. You can discover each hole gradually, with its natural obstacles and different ground levels, surrounded by ancient olive trees, majestic oaks and typical roman maritime pines.

Visit Trevignano Romano
The excitement of a cocktail on the shores of Lake Trevignano at sunset! In the shade of sycamore, linden, and plane trees, restaurants and coffee shops lay their outside tables. The promenade is curated with benches and sculptures. From here, you can spot swans, ducks, geese, and herons. Every first and third weekend of the month hosts the craft and flea market. There are romantic places to dine or drink a glass of wine while watching the sunset on the lake. Terre dei Consoli offers you the opportunity to live near places to discover.

Visit Bracciano town and Castle
The Bracciano Castle is the main historic landmark in the region. Built during the second half of the 15th century on a cliff that dominates the western shore of the lake, it was the reason for bitter conflicts between the aristocratic families of Rome for centuries. Bracciano Castle is currently a museum. Fall in love with the calmness lingering over the tiny Piazza Saminiati square. Small restaurants and wineries have their cellars inside the castle’s walls. And enjoy the romantic views on Lake Bracciano at Belvedere La Sentinella.

Visit the gardens of Bomarzo
Gardens of Bomarzo are also known as “Monster Park” and “Sacred Wood.” This very special garden was conceived by Vicino Orsini, a scion of a powerful Italian family, in the 16th century. It must have been a shattering experience to go from the sense of order of the Italian garden to what is most likely an initiatory path. To visit the garden, one proceeds through a path inhabited by 37 sculptures made from the local stone, black peperino. Most of the sculptures seem to harken back to the sixteenth-century mystery tradition; the works would be messengers of meanings understandable only to those with eyes to see.

Visit Sutri
Sutri is one of the most picturesque towns near Rome located along the Via Cassia, an ancient Roman consular road, built in the 3rd century BC as a link with Etruria, the land inhabited by the Etruscans. In recent years Sutri has focused on the development of cultural, artistic, and tourist offer, obtaining the mention of Orange Flag by the Italian Touring Club and of one of the “Most Beautiful Towns of Italy” by the homonymous association. This represents an incentive to add the town to your Italy itinerary.

Visit Nepi
Nepi, a towns of Tuscia that stands on a spur of tufa rock, which in old times was flattened to build the town. It is surrounded by a gorge that constitutes a natural defense, crossed by 3 rivers that create fascinating waterfalls. Nepi is also known as the City of Water. Nepi offers so much to see like: Borgian fortress, acqueduct, explore the historic center, the cataboms of Santa Savinilla, Cavaterra waterfall, the municipal palace...

Hiking or bike through Manziana's woods and Caldara
Look at a real gayser! Let yourself be fascinated by the wonders of nature such as Caldara, Manziana Natural Monument just a few minutes from Terre dei Consoli Residences. The route from Caldara continues to Castel Giuliano, a tiny village inhabited since the Etruscan that develops around the castle (private property not open to visitors). Here with a small deviation you can reach the picturesque waterfalls.

Visit Calcata Vecchia
Tourists come from all over Italy and from all over the world, attracted by nature and the knowledge of the ancient inhabitants for an almost surreal atmosphere, impossible to find elsewhere. It takes 15 minutes to get to Calcata from the Terre dei Consoli residences. Calcata is one of the most picturesque small towns near Rome. The locals gave Calcata several nicknames like “artists’ town”, “witches’ town”, and “cats’ town”. Is the most ancient part of town, perched on a flat cliff of tufa stone.

Visit Anguillara Sabazia
Anguillara Sabazia is the nearest to Rome of the three main cities overlooking Lake Bracciano. The most ancient part of Anguillara Sabazia is perched on a tuff cliff and is filled with cute alleys and small squares. The urban structure of the old town is medieval. Locals love it because it is a relaxing, beautiful getaway from the chaotic Rome. The best period to visit Anguillara Sabazia goes from June to November. What to see in here: Fountain of the Eels, the Baronial Palace, the Medieval Tower, Collegiata Church, Church of San Francesco...

Visit Rome
Rome, the capital of Italy is located on the banks of the river Tiber and was founded on top of seven hills; Palatine Hill, Aventine Hill, Capitoline Hill, Caelian Hill, Esquiline Hill, Quirinal Hill and Viminal Hill. Particularly the area around Palatine Hill and Capitoline Hill would later become the centre of power of the enormous Roman Empire. You can find many ruins and excavations here of the Forum Romanum and the Colosseum gives you an impression of how gladiators had to do battle in this enormous Roman amphitheatre. The Pantheon, which is now a church, has its characteristic round, open roof and is one of the best kept buildings from Roman times. And the Via Appia takes you back in time along one of the oldest roads of Rome Italy. Basically, the city of Rome is one giant museum. It is therefore no surprise that the complete historic city centre is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
