Golf Courses
Bonalba Golf Club
The Bonalba Golf Course is located in Mutxamel, Alicante. The variety of trees, its lakes and fountains, the high number of bunkers and its enormous greens distributed in a fun design by D. Ramón Espinosa, make the Bonalba Golf Course an interesting and attractive challenge for the amateur player and also for the professional. , not in vain are all the clubs in the bag used and where the feeling of tranquility and the environment will turn your golf day into a true dream day. The first round, holes 1 to 9 can be considered more technical in the shot to the green, where the short game will help a lot when it comes to par for the hole. In the second round, more specifically from the 12th to the 18th hole, the driver will be decisive when it comes to placing the ball on the fairway. The fairways are generous and wide. A course with a very balanced design, with 5 large lakes, which affect 7 holes, and with a large number of perfectly situated bunkers that force decisions to be made from the tee.

Alicante Golf Club
Alicante Golf is the reflection of that attitude. Designed by Severiano Ballesteros, it is recognized as one of the best golf courses in Spain. Next to the Mediterranean Sea and just a few minutes from the center of Alicante, Alicante Golf is an attractive and challenging competition course. The layout stretches to 6,857 yards from the championship tee markers, and is an unorthodox compilation, with six par-3s, par-4 and par-5 holes. This makes building a good score an unusual test, as golfers must adopt a pragmatic strategy, attacking on the long holes and playing conservatively on the testing short holes. Its wide fairways and the speed of its greens give it a friendly character, not without difficulty, perfect both for practicing your game and for competing. The intriguing mix will guarantee that you use every club in the bag, and there is no doubt that the most creative and imaginative golfers will cope best with the challenge, which certainly reflects the adventurous style of its designer.

Alenda Golf Club
Since its completion in 1999, Alenda Golf has been recognised as one of the very best courses in Costa Blanca and the Alicante area. Alenda Golf was designed and built by Roland Favrat with the maximum respect for the original lay of the land and the estate’s natural vegetation, avoiding any aggressive movements of earth during the construction process. Alenda boasts a fine championship layout that comes highly recommended. Bordered by pine, olive, carob and palm trees, the setting is delightful, and the course is no less impressive. The front nine features wide fairways and is the best chance of good scoring, as the more challenging holes undoubtedly belong to the closing stretch.

Font del Llop Golf Club was designed by Blake Stirling and Marco Martín, it offers the player a playing area with international measurements that has five tees for each hole. Each green has its own personality. Measuring just over 6313m from the tips and with a par of 72, this intriguing layout is long enough to challenge the lower handicapped golfer while four other sets of tees make it more than manageable for golfer of all abilities. Located in the foothills of a beautiful valley, the courses main feature and defence is the sweeping undulations that demand sound club selection when approaching the greens. A small river interconnects five separate lakes meaning water is a constant threat to a good score while strategically placed bunkers also add to the challenge. Play this course sensibly and you will no doubt have bags of fun in the Spanish sun.

La Sella Golf Club
La Sella Golf began to count in 1986. With the first 9 holes golf came to our area. In a privileged environment, next to the sea and protected by the Montgó, we create a space in which to live, enjoy nature, sports, friendships and time doing what we like the most. Today, more than 30 years later, there are 27 holes designed by Jose María Olazabal. 3 9-hole loops: Llebeig, Gregal and Mestral. Llebeig, the warm wind from the Sahara gives its name to our first course, facing south where the magnificent views of Montgó soften the high difficulty of its holes. Gregal, is the wind that carried ancient sailors to Greece. Here it pushes us through 9 holes of flatter terrain interspersed with several areas of water that add a point of interest to the course. Mestral, is the wind that whipped the crops of the farmers in the area and gives its name to a course facing north and designed to enjoy wide fairways and wide greens with views of the sea.

La Marquesa Golf & Country Club
La Marquesa Golf is one of the courses with the most history on the Costa Blanca, with 18 holes and one of them as special as Hole 17 at Sawgrass. Tradition, quality and experience come together to offer golfers who visit us a unique experience, full of history where, in addition, La Marquesa Golf, as we know it today, was founded and designed in 1989 by D. Justo Quesada, under the name "Club de Golf Quesada". In 1994 it changed its name to "La Marquesa Golf & Country Club", a name that, thanks to the real estate projects of the Quesada family, became known throughout Europe, as the flagship of an ambitious residential project called Ciudad Quesada, a large urbanization with more than 15,000 homes surrounding the golf course. It was precisely the international nature of the urbanization that gave La Marquesa Golf such a cosmopolitan status. During all these years there have been important changes, both technical and design improvements, but always respecting the principle of offering a varied route, where the player can, in addition to practicing his favorite sport, have fun.

La Finca Golf Club
La Finca Golf has 18 holes designed by the prestigious Spanish designer Pepe Gancedo and features generous fairways and spectacular greens. While playing from the back tees will pose a challenge to the more talented golfer, all standards of player can find their comfort zone from forward tee positions. The course isn't the most established in Spain but in its relatively short existence it has forged quite a reputation thanks in large part to exciting design features including an island green. The 6,900-yard course features plenty of water so a few spare balls are a must and while not overly long, the nature of the terrain makes walking the course, unless fit for the challenge, somewhat tiresome; taking a buggy is therefore recommended. Mount Escotera provides a stunning background to the course and with excellent practice facilities on site, golfers can warm up before their rounds to their heart's content. La Finca Golf has been the venue for numerous prestigious tournaments since its opening. At an amateur level, the European Junior Championship, the Spanish Junior Championship and the Finals of the Audi Class and Audi Quattro Circuits should be highlighted. At a professional level, tests of the EPD Tour Circuit and the Professional Circuit of the Valencian Community have been held.

Villamartin Golf Club
Villamartin Golf Club is one of Alicante's most established courses, having played host to the 1994 Mediterranean Open which was won by Jose Maria Olazabal following a playoff with Paul McGinley. The course at Villamartin was designed by the legendary architect Robert Dean Puttman, who designed the North and South courses at La Manga. The layout at Villamartin takes full advantage of the natural, undulating terrain with Olive trees lining the fairways and elevated tees providing scenic panoramic views. Villamartin Golf Club has a challenging par-72 layout that extends beyond 6,700 yards and is a genuine test. The two loops of nine are very distinct; the opening half spans the higher ground of the club, affording splendid views over the coastline, while the back nine runs through the valleys amid the ravines. A vegetation with more than 50 years of history, beautiful views of the Mediterranean and generous greens that hosted in 1997 a test of the European circuit. Severiano Ballesteros, José María Olazabal, Ian Woosnan, Sam Torrance and many other international golf figures have played and honored this great golf course with their presence. Villamartín's greens are internationally famous, with well-known holes, such as hole 17, a par 3 that requires crossing a leafy and tree-lined boulevard to reach a huge and generous green with two platforms. This variation and stern challenge helps to make Villamartin one of the most appetising courses on the Costa Blanca.

Just a 45-minute drive from Alicante is a small village in the Vinalopo region, which is famous for producing a sweet dessert wine known as Fondillon. With a maturation of 10 years, this wine has a strong and unique flavor. Also grown here are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo, and Garnacha varieties. Visit Benidorm
The historic centre of Benidorm stands on a promontory located between the two main beaches, the Levante and Poniente. This was the original site of the city, a primitive fishing village overlooked by the church of San Jaime. Built in the 18th century, its blue domes rise above a network of narrow streets and picturesque corners. The Cerro Canfali rock gives onto the viewing point known as the Balcón del Mediterráneo (“balcony over the Mediterranean”), which offers outstanding views over the sea. Both sides of the historic part of town lie the broad avenues and streets lined with shops and businesses which are part of modern Benidorm. Everything in this city is geared to the enjoyment of holidaymakers, and it offers a wide range of services, including numerous hotel establishments, restaurants and outdoor cafes and bars. Benidorm has infinite leisure options: everything from strolling along the endless seafront promenade to visiting places such as the central L’Aigüera park, or spending an unforgettable day at the Mediterranean theme park of Terra Mítica. It is also home to various sports facilities, including a sailing school and several scuba-diving schools. Boat trips depart from the port to the small island of Benidorm in the centre of the bay. Legend has it that the island is made from a piece from the nearby Puig Campana rock, which the brave warrior Roland cut off with his sword during a raid by Charlemagne.

Visit Tabarca Island
A boat tour out to the gem that is Tabarca Island is one of the best things you can do in Alicante. This small island off the coast of the city is one of the only inhabited islands in the region, with a population of 68. It is designated a Mediterranean Marine Reserve and was once a hideaway for pirates! The small village here was built in the 1700s and was a simple fishing village until it started welcoming tourists recently. There’s loads to do on Tabarca Island, like taking photos of the stunning scenery, relaxing on the beach, or eating at one of the restaurants here. There’s even a little museum here where you can learn about the history of the island.

Visti Calpe
Calpe is seaside village located 35 km south of Denia. It is on a part of the Mediterranean coast known as the Costa Blanca. Calpe is instantly recognisable for the huge limestone rock sat on its beach. The rock is called the 'Penon de Ifach' and measures over 600m in height. It can be seen for miles along the coast. There is a pathway taking you up the Penon de Ifach rock and as you can imagine there are several excellent viewpoints along the way. On a clear day you can see the island of Ibiza. The rock is a nature park, the 'Parque Natural de Penyal D'Ifach'. Calpe was once a small fishing village but little remains of its origins and it is now a large tourist development. There are long, wide, sandy beaches on either side of the Penon de Ifach rock and these are the reason for the large numbers of tourists every year. Both beaches have the blue flag for cleanliness and have excellent facilities. Calpe harbour, tucked in next to the Penon de Ifach rock is a pleasant area and you can watch the day's fish catch being brought in. This is taken to the Calpe fish market just behind the beach, this is very popular and interesting to visit. The fruit and vegetable market in Calpe is held on a Saturday. Very near to Calpe are the Calpe salt flats which are now a protected area and home to lots of birds including pink flamingos.

Visit Javea
Located between the capes of San Antonio and Nao, Jávea is one of the most important tourist destinations on the Costa Blanca. The historic quarter, located two kilometres away from the coastline, preserves a beautiful architecture, with emblematic monuments such as the church of San Bartolomé, the city's neuralgic centre. One of the main attractions of this region is its coastline. From Cape Nao to Granadella Cove, Jávea offers visitors twenty kilometres of beaches and coves, ideal to enjoy the sun, the sea and water sports. Water sports are popular at Granadella Cove which is, with its fine, golden sand, another attractive spot in the coast of Jávea. Between the islands of Portixol and Descubridor is one of the most beautiful sections of the coastline. Crystal waters and a gorgeous seabed make this the ideal setting for scuba diving. The beach of El Arenal is one of the most emblematic on the coast of Jávea. In this place, next to the Fontana Canal, sits the Parador de Turismo “Costa Blanca”, at a privileged location only a few metres away from the beach. This town on the Alicante Costa Blanca shows its more tourist-related side around the area of the harbour. The outskirts of Jávea offer endless possibilities. The lighthouses and Cabo de San Antonio Marine Nature Reserve are the destinations of excellent excursions for nature lovers. The visit may continue to the Montgó Nature Reserve, where the outline of the mountains dives into the Mediterranean, creating spectacular cliffs.

Visit Altea
The town of Altea sits on top of a hill whose highest altitude is dominated by the belltower of the parish church of the Virgin of Consuelo, and by both a wide dome covered with blue and white tiles, and a second one, crowned by a small cupola. From the square in front of the church we can see the whole region. From this point on, numerous steep, cobbled streets, many of which have steps or are lined with small miradors and bowers, begin their descent towards the sea. Typical whitewashed houses, which were formerly protected by a solid wall, mark the way. It is frequent to see artists' workshops and studios in this traditional urban space, as well as craft shops. In the lower part of town we find the commercial street of King Jaime I, the fishermen quarter, and the port, an area marked by heavy fishing trade. We can also see the crowded promenade, and six kilometres worth of beaches with pebbles, small coves, and cliffs.
