Trips sold by EnjoyTravel & Tours are always package trips, with exceptions of, sometimes, selling greenfees only available under request. Check our special travel conditions:
Terms of payments
Web, phone, Whatsapp, facebook message, email or office's bookings:
- The travel reservation is biding once the reservation payment has been made.
- A service booking and invoicing fee of 20 Euros per order will be added to the total of the booking made.
- Form of payment: Bank transference with the invoice sent by email or credit card: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro or American Express.
- Payment by normal credit cards (not corporate): has an additional fee of 1.5% calculated in each quote to be paid (normally is 2 quotes for groups and 1 quote in individual bookings) +0.25€ per transaction of each quote.
- In groups: 30% of the total amount of the booking +20 Euros of service booking and invoicing fee will be charged once confirmed the budget to be reserved. The due date for the invoice is 7 days from the issued invoice.
- In groups final payment is subject to each supplier (hotel/resort/golf course/transportation etc) conditions. This will be informed in the confirmation order sent by email.
- In individual bookings: upon confirmed the trip to be booked, the total amount of the booking + 20€ of service booking and invoicing fee will invoiced between 30 - 14 days before depending on each supplier (accommodation, rental car/transfer, golf). If the package has flights included, the first payment is the value of the flights + 20€ of service booking and invoicing and rest amount to be paid between 30 - 14 days before depending on each supplier.
- If the trip take place in less than 53 days, the trip/service amount will be charged immediately.
Cancellation policy
The traveler has the right to cancel the trip at any time before the trip begins. Either of individual or group booking, the cancellation policy is subject to strick and special conditions of each resort/hotel, golf, transportation, flights... This information will be informed in the confirmation booking order that will be send by email.
All cancellation will incur a office fee of 70 to 100 Euro depending the country of destination as well as the cost incurred by the travel agency for cancelling flights, ground services or other ordered products and service. This will be informed in the confirmation booking order that will be send by email.
If a trip is priced so that a group of two or more travelers will be accommodated in the same room or apartment and one of the members of the group cancels their trip, the tour operator has the right to charge, in addition to the cancellation costs, the costs incurred due to the underutilization of the accommodation resulting from the cancellation. The group members who have canceled their trip and those participating in the trip are jointly and severally liable for paying the costs in question to the tour operator. Instead of the above, the tour operator and the group traveling on the trip may jointly agree on a more appropriate accommodation arrangement for the group, in which case the group traveling on the trip will be responsible for any additional costs.
If the trip is not cancelled and the passenger does not arrive at the agreed departure point at the agreed time, or if he or she cannot participate in the trip because, for reasons for which he or she is responsible, he or she does not have the necessary documents for the trip, such as a valid passport, visa, identity card or vaccination certificate, he or she is not entitled to a refund.
Service fees and additional payment method charges (Credit cards) are not refundable.
In case of cancellation due health problems, you must contact your own insurance company . We will provide you a certificate for your insurance company with all the costs resulting from the cancellation of the trip.
Please check the terms and conditions of your own travel insurance well in advance before the trip!
Making changes
Any changes should be informed in advance on writing by email or whatsapp. This might incur to an extra cost for changes in some of the resorts or suppliers.
If it's adding more guests to the booking and the booking is subject to a punctual offer such as early booking, reduced or similar, it has a due date valid until that date told in the offer and also in the booking order confirmation that will be send by email. After that due date offer valid until, the will be extra charges on top of the offer (normal package rate).
If it's reducing the number of guests: in a group is subject to the conditions of the resort/hotel/golf course/transportation/flights and will might incur extra costs. In individual if there is odd guest in single room and the offer contracted is sharing, will incur extra cost in the package.
Any amending, EnjoyTravel & Tours will not charge any office fee for amending (not cancellation) the booking.
Flights schedule change
The schedule announced in advance may change before the trip due the airline. The customer is obliged to ensure that EnjoyTravel & Tours has the customer 's up to the date the mobile phone number at their disposal to notify them of any changes . If the contact information is not up - to - date, the customer is responsible for any damage caused by the changed information and any costs incurred . The tour operator is not responsible for arrangements not included in the package tour, such as connecting transport or the implementation of additional services that the passenger has ordered separately
Group trips
Group has specific travel conditions and prices may apply to group bookings, which are specified in a separate group travel offer given to the group in question .
Luggage
EnjoyTravel & Tours follows the terms and conditions of the operating airline in terms of luggage regulations and fees . The airline is responsible for any complaints regarding luggage . The compensation criteria for delayed luggage are airline-specific . Often the airline will compensate for essential items . If a golf bag does not arrive at the destination, most airlines will only compensate for club rentals. Golf clothing and shoes are generally not covered by the scope of products that can be compensated .
Your luggage is delayed if it does not arrive on the same flight as you. Fill out a Property Irregularity Report ( PIR) form immediately at the airport arrivals hall and request a copy. The right to compensation often depends on whether the delay occurs on the outbound or return flight.
Outbound flight : You can claim compensation from the airline for essential purchases , such as toiletries and clothing , to get you through the wait at your destination . The passenger is obliged to minimise the costs incurred , so in practice you cannot replace your clothing .
Return flight : Delays to luggage on the return flight usually do not cause the same damage as delays on the outbound flight , which is why compensation is rarely justified . Some airlines offer an essentials kit or give you a voucher to make the most essential purchases . Once your delayed baggage has been delivered , make a written claim for financial losses within 21 days . Attach a copy of the PIR form and receipts for any necessary purchases you made to the airline . Note on the receipts what you have purchased. Keep a copy of the receipts with you.
The airline is not liable for the delay of your luggage if it can prove that it took all reasonable steps to avoid the damage. Compensation is not usually available for delays caused by, for example, weather conditions , safety risks or strikes . However, the airline must be able to prove the reason for the delay and justify its actions in the situation.
Passenger responsibilities
Upon receipt of the travel confirmation, the passenger is obliged to check that the passenger details, travel dates, travel destination, flight and accommodation details stated in the travel confirmation are correct. The passenger's name must be given exactly as it appears in the travel document. The passenger is responsible for the costs of correcting any incorrect or incomplete information provided.
The traveler must provide the tour operator with an address and telephone number where information about the trip can be sent to him/her, including during the trip. Communication is primarily via email and mobile phone text messages. The traveler is obliged to monitor messages received via the communication channels (email, mobile phone) he/she has indicated before and during the trip.
The passenger is obliged to inform EnjoyTravel & Tours of any possible need for assistance and/or physical or sensory limitations at the booking stage, which may have an impact on the arrangements made for the trip, for example to comply with the safety regulations of transport or accommodation companies.
If the passenger does not arrive at the departure point of the trip at the agreed time, the tour operator has the right to cancel the services included in the passenger's trip price without refund.
We advise every traveler to obtain travel and baggage insurance with adequate cancellation coverage.
The traveler is obliged to inform EnjoyTravel & Tours of any problems with the implementation of the travel package during the trip so that they can be corrected as agreed. Travelers are also entitled to a price reduction and/or compensation if the travel services are not implemented despite a request for correction or are implemented incorrectly.
Travel documents
We will deliver flight tickets and other travel documents by email to the email address provided when placed the booking. Tickets will be delivered to the customer no later than 7 days before the trip.
Flights tickets will be written as per passport names, if the customer provide wrong passport name, may incurr additional extra charges to write a new ticket with the correction. The correction has a fee depending on the airline.
EnjoyTravel & Tours is not responsible of this error if was provided by the customer wrong since placed the booking. The customer has the obligation to check the order and that his details are correctly written and in consecuence assume the error and pay the additional fee.
Campaign offers
- We reserve the right to target campaign offers and booking benefits to our customers.
- The benefits are personal and do not transfer to another person in connection with a name change.
- The campaign offers are valid for new bookings, they will not apply to already made bookings.
- Requests for discounts submitted afterwards will not be processed.
Price change
We reserve the right to change the prices offered in this website. The confirmed price will be given upon request by email.
Not included in our packages
Our packages published in this website does not includes: Flights (if not mentioned in the offer), airport transfers (if not mentioned in the offer), golf courses transfers (if not mentioned int he offer), pull trolley, electric trolley, range balls, buggy, rental car, half board / full board / all inclusive (if not metioned in the offer), upgrade to a superior category, tennis, padel, or other activities (if not mentioned in the offer). Mandatory city taxes in certain countries such as: Portugal, Italy, France, some parts in Spain (Mallorca, Barcelona, Costa Barva), Dubai, Abu Dhabi... All non mentioned services in the offer can be quoted under request.
Use of travel services
- Pursuant to the paragraph 8 of the General Package Travel Conditions (will be attached in the booking order confirmation that will be send by email), the passenger undertakes to comply with international agreements prohibiting the transfer of a ticket or a service included in the price of the trip to another person.
- A passenger who leave the group and does not use the accommodation he has booked at all or uses it only for part of his holidays is obligated to inform to EnjoyTravel & Tours immediately. The passenger is also obligated to arrive at the hotel before the departure of the bus to the airport and to contact EnjoyTravel & Tours at least one day before departure, e.g. due to possible schedule changes. If the passenger does not comply with this check-in obligation or is late for the announced departure time, the passenger is responsible for the return transport.
- The passenger is not entitle to a price reduction for unused services.
- Depending on the airline, if the customer who purchased EnjoyTravel & Tours' trip does not use the outbound flight, he or she is not entitle to use the return flight either.
Passport, visa and vaccinations
The passenger is responsible for obtaining a passport , visa and for the necessary vaccinations , as well as paying for their costs . In matters related to vaccinations , please contact the health centre in your area . EnjoyTravel & Tours is not responsible if the trip is made difficult / cancelled due to the customer's incomplete travel documents.
Disclosure of personal data
Personal data provided for the booked trip will be transferred to partners and authorities relevant to the implementation of the travel order and the booking of travel services , both in EU/EEA countries and in regions outside them . The principles of the EU Data Protection Act apply to the processing of data.
It is mandatory to provide the airlines with the contact details of each passenger during the trip in case of possible schedule changes and special situations. The airlines assure that this information will not be used unless there are changes to the flight reservation that affect the travel, e.g. a schedule change. If you do not want to provide this information, we need a written refusal, which will be forwarded to the airlines with which the reservation has been made.
Other terms and conditions
- EnjoyTravel & Tours reserves the right to give its customers better arrangements than what is required for the booking, but is not obligated to give all customers the same arrangements.
- EnjoyTravel & Tours has the right to reduce its price and the discounts are valid until the announced date and do not apply to the previously booked trips.
- EnjoyTravel & Tours reserves the right to change the price as what is advertised in the website, brochures, catalogs, Facebook, Instagram or whatsapp as is subject to changes cos' of the resort/hotel/transportation/golf courses policy as they are subject to changes of VAT or other conditions.
- EnjoyTravel Oy is not responsible for changes that are not dependent on the tour operator, nor for any typographical errors that may appear on website, brochures, catalogs, Whatsapp, Instagram or Facebook. This applies to all prices, discounts, departure dates, flights, aircraft types , hotels , etc. All prices, schedules and tour programs are without obligation . We reserves the right to make changes.
- EnjoyTravel & Tours has no obligation to refund greenfees based on the condition of the course, weather conditions or if the refund is not wound up to be completed within the allotted time.
- The tour operator has the right to cancel a trip or a series of trips if the number of passengers required for the trip or series of trips as a whole has not been registered . In such cases, cancellation will be notified no later than 21 days before the start of the trip. There must be a minimum of 10 participants.
- EnjoyTravel & Tours Oy reserves the right to increase the agreed trip price in accordance with section 9 of the General Package Tour Terms and Conditions.
- If a passenger falls ill, has an accident or is the victim of a crime or suffers other damage during the trip, EnjoyTravel & Tours will provide the passenger in difficulty with information about health services, local authorities and consular services, arrange for the passenger to use a remote communication device and help the passenger make alternative travel arrangements and provide other appropriate assistance. The passenger is responsible for the costs of these or other special arrangements required by the situation (e.g. new transport, additional hotel stays and any additional costs that EnjoyTravel & Tours may incur) that EnjoyTravel & Tourshas made due to his or her situation.
